We combine the evaluation and validation of novel non-invasive measurement techniques with the generation of cardiovascular drug profiles. To this end, we use simultaneous recordings of pharmacodynamic effects in different vascular beds and in vivo investigations of pathophysiological causes, clinical consequences and treatment options in clinical trials.
